What size insole do I buy for my athletic shoe?

How do I install the Cluffy Insoles into my athletic shoes?

Is there a break in period with the insoles?

No, the insoles can be worn all day on day one. Your body may feel different initially as you wear these. Your foot will start to move normally, and your balance will improve. Sometimes you may experience some temporary aches because you are using your muscles and tendons in a new way.

How often should I wear the insoles?

Everyday. Don't go a day of training or performance without the insoles to give you that boost in stability and performance. We recommend you wear these in your everyday shoes as well.

Can I move the insoles from shoe to shoe?

We do not recommend that you move the insoles between the training shoes and your competition shoes. The competition shoes may require a slight adjustment and they will not fit in the training shoes well, and vice versa.

Can the Cluffy insoles get wet?

Yes, the Cluffy insole is made of a dense and durable closed cell foam that will not absorb water when immersed. The top cover fabric will dry quickly once set out to air dry. With repeated water immersion, the top cover may tend to separate from the foam, requiring more frequent replacement.

How do I clean the insoles?

The insoles can be washed in the regular wash cycle. Let them air dry, do not put them in the dryer. The foam will not absorb any water and the top cover will dry quickly.

What do I do if the insoles start to smell?

Make sure they air-dry between use. Spray the insoles with Lysol Disinfectant spray if the problem persists. Air dry thoroughly.
