These shoes are similar so they have been grouped together as we evaluated them. While the midfoot and heel were relatively stable on each of these shoes, these shoes have a stiffer forefoot. This stiffness prevents the walker from being able to fully flex the forefoot decreasing one’s ability for normal foot function. This would not be recommended for normal day to day wear. However, these shoes are all rated highly for hiking as they are waterproof and stable. However, these are not insulated so they will not offer cold protection for winter camping of hunting.
