The Cluffy Lux Step® Shoe Insole looks different because IT IS DIFFERENT!

The following are some steps to correctly install your Cluffy Lux Step® Shoe Insole:

  1. Remove the shoe liner from your shoe.
  2. The geometric pattern of the insole is the top of the insoles with a sticker indicating which end is the heel.
  3. The underside of the insoles are a marked Right (R) or Left (L) to assist you in placing them correctly into your shoe.
  4. Put an insole into your shoe with the arch “wings” folded up. Do not cut the insoles! The arch “wings” are designed to cradle your foot and work with your shoe to form the arches of the insole around your foot and provide optimum support.
  5. Start walking with the insole using a long stride, faster pace, to begin stretching the plantar fascia ligament.
  6. Wearing the insole, whenever you are on your feet, will accelerate the healing process.
